Our certified coaches are committed to partnering with supervisors, managers, and executives to develop their leadership skills, performance, and effectiveness. Coaching offers leaders a highly personalized approach based on their own strengths, goals, and preferences and provides an opportunity to develop specific leadership skills such as conflict management, communication, strategic thinking, managing complexity, and leveraging influence. Our coaches provide a safe and confidential space for leaders to share challenges, receive feedback, take action, and maintain accountability. Each coach is certified at the International Coaching Federation’s ACC, PCC, or MCC level, and is certified and/or proficient in administering and debriefing assessments such as Clifton Strengths Finders, DISC, 360 assessment, Hogan, and MBTI.
